Most programmes sell a tryout with someone else’s academy. Bobadelense is ours, so the pathway is real: you train on the club’s calendar and earn minutes on merit.

What level will I play?

We place you where you fit. Portugal’s pyramid runs deep, so there is a competitive level for every serious player, and you earn your way toward Bobadelense’s first team.

Where will I live?

In a shared penthouse in Lisbon, within walking distance of the city, with a small group of players. Rooms are limited each intake.

How long do I commit for?

Month to month. Stay while it’s working and move on when you need to.

Is a contract guaranteed?

No, and be wary of anyone who promises one. We guarantee the environment: daily training, a real club, minutes to earn and an honest assessment.

Do I need a visa?

EU and EEA citizens can come and play freely. Players from elsewhere may need a visa or permit, depending on the length of stay. We’ll help with the paperwork, but eligibility is your responsibility.
